We will handle any logistics needed. If needed, well print the label, get a box for you and drive it to its desired drop off location.

Leave us instructions on when to arrive to your place and where youve got the item. We can knock for it or you can leave it at your front door, back door, or another location and snap a picture to give us a clue where to find it.

UPLOAD A CODE
Not all returns need a label or printed receipt. Whether its an Amazon QR code or a Target barcode, you can screenshot the code within our app and get our return drivers to handle it for you.

GET YOUR TIME BACK
Dont spend 30-90 minutes figuring out how to return that item. With Convee, you can make a return request and well handle it from there.
